Reservation information may include your selected vine, plan, harvest season, estimated allocation, reservation status and delivery information.
Your account information should be accurate and kept up to date. You are responsible for protecting access to your account.
5. Payment information
RentAVine may offer manual payment methods, including UPI-based payment. When using such a method, customers may be asked to submit a transaction or reference ID, payment amount, payment date and, where applicable, a screenshot for verification.
Payment information is used to verify the reservation payment and maintain the related reservation record.
RentAVine does not ask customers to provide their UPI PIN, banking password, OTP or card PIN through the website or through customer support.
6. Delivery information
If your reservation includes delivery, RentAVine needs sufficient delivery information to arrange shipment. This can include the recipient name, mobile number, address, city, state, PIN/postal code and delivery instructions.
Where a delivery or logistics provider is used, relevant delivery information may be provided to that provider only as reasonably necessary to complete the delivery.
