Shipping & Delivery Policy

Your RentAVine harvest is prepared for delivery after the harvest and allocation stages are complete. Here is how the process works.

Last updated: 11 September 2026
Important: RentAVine delivery takes place after the relevant harvest, allocation, preparation and packing stages. A reservation does not mean immediate shipment.

1. Delivery overview

RentAVine provides delivery for eligible harvest reservations according to the plan selected by the customer.

Delivery is generally available across India, subject to practical logistics and service availability for the destination.

The final delivery process depends on the type of reservation, the actual harvest, allocation, preparation and the logistics service available at the time.

2. How delivery works

A typical RentAVine harvest follows these stages:

01
Harvest

The kiwi is harvested when the crop is ready.

02
Allocation

The harvested produce is allocated according to the reservation.

03
Preparation

Fresh or processed produce is prepared according to the selected plan.

04
Packing

The allocated produce is packed for dispatch.

05
Dispatch

The package is handed to the available delivery or logistics provider.

06
Delivery

The package is delivered to the address provided by the customer.

3. Delivery timing

RentAVine does not promise a fixed harvest or delivery date because kiwi is an agricultural crop and its development depends on natural and farm conditions.

Delivery timing can also vary because of preparation, packing, courier availability, weather, transport conditions and other logistical circumstances.

Where a material change to the expected harvest or delivery period is known, RentAVine may provide an appropriate customer update.

4. Fresh kiwi

Fresh kiwi included in a reservation is prepared for delivery after the applicable harvest and allocation stages.

Fresh fruit is agricultural produce. Fruit size, appearance, firmness and other natural characteristics can vary.

The quantity delivered is based on the allocation applicable to the reservation and the actual produce available after harvest.

5. Fresh + Processed

Plans that include processed or dried kiwi may involve additional preparation and processing before the processed portion is packed for delivery.

Processing can require additional time after the fresh harvest. The final processed quantity is subject to the actual processing yield and the allocation applicable to the plan.

If a reservation contains both fresh and processed produce, the two portions may be prepared or dispatched according to the practical requirements of the reservation.

6. Delivery address

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

This may include:

  • recipient name;
  • mobile number;
  • address line and locality;
  • city or town;
  • state;
  • PIN/postal code; and
  • any useful delivery instructions.

Customers should check their delivery details before confirming a reservation and should update them if circumstances change.

7. Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone can receive the package at the delivery address when the shipment is expected.

Customers should also respond to reasonable delivery calls or messages from the logistics provider.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses, unavailable recipients, incorrect contact details or failure to respond to delivery attempts may result in a failed or delayed delivery.

8. Dispatch & tracking

Where the selected logistics provider provides tracking, RentAVine may share the available tracking information with the customer.

Tracking information is provided by the relevant logistics provider and may take time to update after dispatch.

A package should be considered dispatched only after it has been handed over to the applicable delivery provider.

9. Delays

Delivery may be delayed by circumstances such as weather, road or transport disruption, courier operations, destination restrictions, natural events, harvest conditions or other circumstances outside RentAVine's reasonable control.

Agricultural delays and ordinary logistics delays do not automatically create a cancellation or refund entitlement. Any customer remedy will remain subject to the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

10. Failed delivery

If delivery cannot be completed because the customer provided an incorrect address, incorrect contact details, was unavailable, or did not respond to delivery attempts, the logistics provider may return or re-attempt the shipment according to its procedures.

RentAVine may contact the customer to arrange the next practical step where possible.

Any additional delivery or re-dispatch arrangements will depend on the circumstances and the logistics provider's available options.

11. Delivery issues

If your package arrives damaged, incomplete or appears materially different from what was recorded for your reservation, contact RentAVine as soon as reasonably possible through the Contact page.

Please include your reservation ID and, where useful, photographs of the package and its contents so the issue can be reviewed.

Delivery issues are reviewed based on the reservation record, available delivery information and the circumstances of the shipment.

12. Refunds & delivery

RentAVine confirmed reservations are generally non-refundable. A delivery delay, by itself, does not automatically create a refund entitlement.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or other remedy that may be required under applicable law.

For the complete cancellation and refund position, please read the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

13. Contact

For questions about harvest delivery, dispatch, tracking, an incorrect address or a delivery issue, please use the Contact page.

Please keep your reservation ID available so that the relevant reservation can be located quickly.

In simple terms: RentAVine harvests first, prepares and packs the allocated produce, then dispatches it for delivery. Harvest and delivery timing can vary, and no fixed delivery date is guaranteed.
